The Pros:Can be expanded to a total entertainment system, very complete. Maps update yearly and are generally up to date. Can pull content off of CDs and store on the internal HD, saves a lot of playing with disks.
The Cons:Tend to have to buy lots of external adapters for extra features, not much included by default.
The Pioneer AVIC-Z3 is a high priced navigation and multimedia system. It includes the Tele Atlas database, giving the device a detailed comprehensive network of roads and 12 million points of interest.

It includes additional features such as bluetooth hands free support for cellphones, 30GB hard drive, iPod control capability, and an optional XM NavTraffic service that helps the driver stay ahead of traffic. It has a nice feature where it remembers frequently traveled roads and uses that information to navigate. The Roadside Assistance display gives the driver access to information that can help out in the case of an emergency.
