Garmin n?vi 350
$200.00
Released September, 2005
The Pros:The small size of the unit makes it very convenient for taking on trips (rather than paying for rental car GPS units). Strong GPS receiver. SD slot for additional storage.
The Cons:Traffic receiver and travel guide cost extra. Expensive. No real time traffic information.
The Garmin nüvi 350 is marketed as a traveller's assistant with three main roles: GPS navigation, traveller's reference, and digital entertainment. All of this functionality doesn't come at the expense of size as nüvi is about the size of a deck of cards.
