The Garmin Nuvi 3450 has a 4.3inch touchscreen display which features multi-touch glass and pinch-to-zoom technology to aid the user. The pre-loaded maps and 3D landmarks of North America are shown on the 800x480 pixel display and in dual orientation. The Garmin Guidance 3.0 is an advanced mapping and navigation engine with extra features over the Garmin Guidance 2.0. In addition to faster mapping and searching, photoReal junction views, and 3D traffic live updates, the Garmin Guidance 3.0 also provides myTrends and Bird's Eye views of junctions to enhance safer driving at tricky interchanges. The myTrends and trafficTrends features remembers your most frequent and favourite routes and predict destinations without need of programming, and trafficTrends analyse trends and adjust times accordingly. With the Where am I? and Garmin Locate functions, you will be able to get orientated in your surroundings without leaving the car as the Garmin shows local Fuel stations, hospitals, police stations and your current position.
