Garmin Mobile for Blackberry is a mobile-based global positioning system application from Garmin that is designed specifically for Blackberry cellular phones. Available in two different forms, the service can be activated by the user's service provider as a self-contained receiver or activated through Bluetooth connectivity via an external 10x signal booster.

Separate North American and European map packages are available, with Google's "Local Search" feature providing regional information concerning traffic, weather, gas prices and more. Voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions are provided with up-to-the-minute estimations on time-of-arrival and distance from the next change in direction for the most reliable and accurate navigation. Hands-free calling is also supported, with a pop-up interface appearing that does not interfere with driving directions. This allows the Blackberry to function as an "all-in-one" unit, providing maximum safety and added convenience.
