The Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx is a handheld GPS device designed for the outdoor enthusiast and falls at the top of the GPS 60 series offered by Garmin. Like the 60Cx model, this model features a color TFT monitor, high-sensitivity GPS receiver and a removable microSD card but also features a barometric altimeter and electronic compass.

The IPX7 waterproof case can withstand an accidental dunk under water and still perform.  There is a built-in Americas autoroute basemap which includes highways, exits and tide data and has the ability to give turn-by-turn directions do your destination. The 256 level color, 1.5" x 2.2" TFT screen gives easy visibility in sunlight or darkness. The 60Cx ships with a blank 64 MB microSD card so you can store extra maps from the optional MapSource mapping software with a serial and USB connection for easy connectivity.
